What Makes You Qualified?
In creating this website, I had to ask myself, “Why the heck would people listen to me? Why should people ‘trust’ me?”
Well, let me first address the trust concern. You don’t have to trust me. As a matter of fact, you don’t have to trust anybody. What I advise you do is take everything I say with a grain of salt and of course always instill your own senses when understanding everything I say on this website.
What I say here on this website is only a reflection of my own humble opinions that I’ve gathered after being involved in this industry for many years.
My “MLM Credentials”

On One of the Covers of Mike Dillard's WWN
Having said that, I have been in the home based business/MLM/network marketing industry for a several years now – since 2003. I’ve been involved with a handful of companies during that time.
Now, there are PLENTY of people out there with a lot more experience than I have in this industry – kudos to them. But time is not always the best indicator of one’s experience nor one’s understanding of and familiarity with a subject.
You see, while my time in this industry may not be the longest, I dare say that in those years of working both part time and now full time in this industry, I’ve been exposed to just about every aspect of it.
- I’ve been in the position of a clueless “prospect”, hearing the acronym, MLM, for the very first time and sitting through my first home meeting.
- I’ve been in the position of a seasoned prospecting machine – getting people to attend home meetings (at MY home) and chatting with anybody and everybody I come in contact with.
- I’ve had my nice paycheck days – grateful of the extra income I am getting from my network marketing company.
- I’ve been in the position of a disgruntled and unsatisfied MLMer – pissed off at my company, my upline, and the industry.
- I’ve been closely involved in the inception of a multi-level marketing company – being a paid consultant if you will.
- I’ve been a trainer to other MLMers/network marketers on the internet space – being able to call literally hundreds my students and having personally mentored and coached a couple dozen through their MLM businesses (where their MLM companies varied from the ones I was involved with).
My list of experience goes on and here’s my point, I’ve seen the inside-and-out of this industry. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. And I wish to share with you my perception after having walked this journey… a journey I am still taking.
You don’t have to take my word for it – you should investigate what I am saying to the best of your ability and use your best judgement to arrive at an opinion for yourself. The only thing is… I ask you to do the same with anybody else who’s trying to educate you on this industry.
Now strap on and let’s go for a ride in this interesting industry!
