Using Pre-Paid Legal’s Brand Name

Yes, but certain restrictions do apply.

Scale of 0~5: 4

The Risk Factor

This organization is very stable as it is over 30 years old and is publicly traded in the NYSE. The structure is standard network marketing with great bonus incentives, low start up costs and a very lucrative compensation plan.Leadership within the company is great because they keep it simple for those transitioning into the home based business field. Due to the training they provide local and national opportunities for all skill levels. The products are easy to use as they provide piece of mind for those not willing or able to pay high legal fees that exist today for everyday life events. Whether it’s legal information or legal situations customer’s pay for preventative legal services at an affordable price.

Pre-Paid Legal ReviewThe Service

The services offered are great because customers are provided a law firm that works in all areas of law at their convenience. Services can be used anywhere in the country. Initial free will and testament (includes medical power of attorney) for policy holder and spouse or significant other. People do not realize until it is too late that they need these services. People have the desire to feel safe and know that their rights are protected. Yes, for the value of what you receive versus what is paid (As low as 16mo for an entire family with children under 21) I’d say this is a great price. This is not easy to sell based on the fact that people tend to buy more of what they want rather than what they need.

Rate the Comp Plan

The compensation plan pays higher upfront commissions. People are generally in profit mode off of the first sale so the initial investment is made back. You get paid daily and you genuinely keep working to get promoted.

Prepaid Legal Training

The training is repetitive and emphasizes the “You” factor.Meaning you have to work the business initially for the business to work for you. Training is motivating and it’s purpose is to do just that to get you back out there and market. They also discuss the fact that our purpose is to inform.

Company’s Marketing Strategy

They allow you to market online and directly to customers, but they do have restrictions where you may have to submit campaigns you are doing for approval. Also, you are not allowed to use any tools other than their proprietary marketing tools for direct sales if wanting to use logos or brand name.

Personal Experience with Pre Paid Legal

I have had decent success, but this was my very first network marketing business. I felt I had a huge learning curve. I believe in the service, I use the service, and I feel confident in sharing the business opportunity with others. I know that the business is a viable one.I did make money, but due to my own lack of network marketing experience and personal development I hit road blocks earlier in my business. Now, I have built a small team and am currently becoming more creative with my marketing approach.
