Who is Jim Scheibel?
I am a wellness advocate who focusses on nutrition and prevention of disease. I have a university background that includes both nutrition and business degrees. I am passionate about wellness and it is the basis for my online opportunities. Univera is the company I chose as my network marketing opportunity.

Can You Use the Univera Brand Name?
Univera is pretty liberal with the usage of its name and logo. After investigating other opportunities I realized that was an advantage over other brands. They have mitigated this with gettign individuals to sign up for a back end website that acts as your business hub. We have a couple of domaines with their names and can drive traffic that way.

What’s the Risk Factor?
I am pretty pragmatic about things and this is the one area that I feel Univera has a competitive advantage over other nutrition based supplement providers. The company comes from the vision of a billionaire industrialist from Korea who had a vision that he wanted his money to help be a catalyst for health and healing. The company is debt free and has a solid leadership team. They have built the PR of their leadership team around a scientist named Stephen Cherniske. Cherniske is a best selling author and knows what he is talking about. He is in charge of product development. He is much more than just the cheif scientific officer and if they were to lose him it would be a massive loss based on the emphasis they have put on him.
The products are the reason that I am involved in this opportunity…like any opportunity you need to have a belief around what you are promoting and selling. Univera has the most pattens pending of all other supplements combined. In addition they do pharmeceutical grade testing that would stand the rigour of the world of academic science. They are using techniques that include genomics and proteomics in their product development. The use of peer reviewed human clinical trials is also a competitive advantage they have over their competition.

How are the Products?
The products are superior to most on the market and they continue to develop products based on health trends..i.e diabetes, cardiovascular disease. I would say the products are slightly over priced for the basic consumer. Health nuts get the value of their products but they are probably over priced to help contribute to their compensation plan.
Product sales are based around a sample pack that new clients are given to try. It is their anchor product and people often have a unique and beneficial experience. It also provides an opportunity for associates to follow up on their experience. Outside of their anchor product, you need to have discussion with individuals to find out what is best for them. I have a little problem with individuals without nutrition or medical knowledge recommending a product for clients who they have not done a proper assesment for.

What About the MLM Comp Plan?
It is a fair compensation plan that is based on a 4 by 4 matrix. This will not get you crazy rich but it will certainly give you the extra 2-3 thousand per month that can make a serious difference in your life. They are timely with paychecks and have changed their bonus structure to be paid out weekly rather than monthly. The structure is definetly geared to have you motivate your downline and work with them to help grow their lines.

And the Training Univera Provides?

They are also liberal with their marketing and will provide logo’s and templates etc. I would say that their liberal and sharing approach is one of their strengths.

What Has Your Personal Experience Been Like?
I like this company and I LOVE their products and focus on science and ongoing pertinant health issues. The compensation plan and infrastructure is just ok. Price point of products is a little high but the quality is extremely high.
Like other mlm opportunity there is a component of the business that can be a little cult like. Other than that with continued improvement to their marketing and compensation plan…this company has some legs for sure. I love their zero debt balance sheet and they are at that sweet spot with revenues around the 600 million per year.
Good opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness and also has a group of individuals to leverage it over.
